The Warehouse Teenage Club encourages teenagers to develop their creativity and multiple talents through engaging them in different types of art, cultural and maker projects. It also provides the Makerspace, a co-creation space for youngsters to showcase their imagination and realise their dreams. In this tour, you will visit the Warehouse which was once the Old Aberdeen Police Station, a Grade 2 historic building. The Warehouse will talk about how it connects the community with cultural and art projects, the inspiration behind their creative projects and all the actual practices involved. Apart from learning from their sharing and exploring different facades of the cultural industry, you will also have the opportunity to make your own upcycling bookmark. Join us if you are interested in culture and art creation!

蒲窩青少年中心透過舉辦不同類型的文化藝術（音樂、街頭文化）、動手造木工、金工等項目，及提供具創作設備的共享工場，鼓勵青年發揮創意，作多元發展。

 

參與是次活動的同學將到訪蒲窩青少年中心 ——前身為二級歷史建築的舊香港仔警署。中心將分享如何以文化藝術連結社區以及其舉辦過的創意項目的實踐歷程，從而擴闊同學們對創意產業的想像。同學們更有機會體驗中心的動手造項目 —— 製作環保書簽。如你對文化創意也有源源不絕的想法，就立即報名參加吧！

^Transportation arrangement: A round-trip shuttle service between HKBU and The Warehouse Teenage Club will be provided. The bus will depart at 1:00pm sharp at Jockey Club Academic Community Centre on Baptist University Road Campus. Please indicate if you need the service upon registration.
