維基百科表示「海心島是一座香港已消失島嶼」，早已消失的景物「與我」有何關係？在香港不只有二十二座島嶼消失，也不只是土瓜灣的地區重建變遷，「我」日常所看見的景物也逐一消逝不見。因此我們希望透過攝影及短片比賽，鼓勵青年關心及探索社區，留意社區的大小變化，並以影像及文字細訴土瓜灣區的故事，紀錄社區的獨特面貌。

星之碎片主辦、創新服務學習中心、TriAngle以及Social Innovation Kick-start Fund支持的「海心島與我」青年攝影展覽，邀請年輕藝術家謝曉琳及陳沅彤走進土瓜灣社區，發揮專長及創意，以相片或短片向大眾呈現一個個細膩動人已消失或即將消失人和事的故事，為社區注入人情味及新元素。

Wikipedia states that "Hoi Sham Island is a lost island in Hong Kong" what is the relationship between the long-disappeared scenery "and Me"? In Hong Kong, not only the 22 islands disappeared, but also the reconstruction and changes in To Kwa Wan, the scenes that "Me" saw every day will also disappear one by one. Therefore, we hope to encourage young people to care about and explore the community through photography and short film competitions, to pay attention to the changes in the size of the community, and to tell the stories of the To Kwa Wan District in detail with images and texts, and to record the unique features of the community.

Hosted by Star Fragments, supported by Center for Innovative Service-Learning, TriAngle and Social Innovation Kick-start Fund, the "Hoi Sham Island and Me" Youth Photography exhibition invites young artists Tse Hiu Lam, Linda and Chan Yuen Tung, Nicole to enter the To Kwa Wan community, display their expertise and creativity, and share photos or short videos Present to the public delicate and touching stories of people and things that have disappeared or are about to disappear, and inject human touch and new elements into the community.
