Description

How does "incense" connect with the community? Aroma Office and Lin Heung House are social enterprises that strive to promote cross-cultural exchanges by selling scented products and running incense making workshops with elderly and women from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. Applying his knowledge learnt from the School of Communication to promote the culture of incense, Mr Johnny Lo, a HKBU alumnus, founded Aroma Office and Lin Heung House with his partner. In this seminar, he will share the pains and gains of starting social enterprises in the hope of inspiring our students with his own start-up experience.

Mr Johnny Lo graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, School of Communication.  He is a professional communicator, career coach and social entrepreneur with solid theoretical knowledge and numerous practical experiences.  He is passionate about helping young people, corporations and organisations to dig out gold from the dust.

Through a series of online seminars, TriAngle Co-working Space endeavours to inspire students with entrepreneurial and social innovation spirit.  Speakers with different expertise and experiences will be brought together to empower students to grow into future social entrepreneurs.
